1. General terms

1.1. These Terms govern the legal relationship between the Seller and Buyer when purchasing Goods from the Online Pharmacy.

1.2. These Terms and the legal relationship between the Seller and Buyer are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

1.3. The Seller may amend these Terms at any time. A new version takes effect immediately upon publication on the Online Pharmacy website unless the amendments state otherwise. The published version must indicate its effective date and the date of the latest changes.

1.4. Unless amendments provide otherwise, an Order paid before they take effect is governed by the terms in force when the Buyer paid. If an earlier version applies to a paid Order, the Buyer may request it by emailing the Online Pharmacy with a reasoned request.

1.5. The Buyer may order and pay for Goods as a Registered User or without registering on the Website.

1.6. To become a Registered User, select “My account” on the homepage and complete the required information, or choose to create an account while placing an Order.

1.7. The Buyer may delete their Registered User account at any time under “My account” → “Profile details”, or by requesting account deletion at info@homeopatiskaszales.lv. The Seller may unilaterally delete an account if the Buyer has not visited it (logged in) for at least 6 months.

1.8. The Seller takes appropriate measures to keep the Buyer’s personal data secure and processes it in accordance with data protection legislation. Its “Privacy Policy” explains the processing and is available at http://www.homeopatiskaszales.lv/privacy-policy.

2. Product catalog and prices

2.1. Product images on the Website are illustrative. Photographs of Goods or packaging may differ from their actual appearance.

2.2. The Product Catalog, including the Seller’s descriptions, photographs and other data, belongs to the Seller, which holds the economic and moral copyright in all Website information. Processing, copying, reproducing, republishing, transferring, adapting or otherwise using Website information without the Seller’s prior written permission is prohibited. An infringer must compensate the Seller for resulting damage.

2.3. The Seller supplies Goods packaged and labeled in accordance with legal requirements. Where required by law, information on correct and safe use accompanies the Goods.

2.4. Goods are sold at the price shown for each item on the Website.

2.5. The Seller may change prices at any time. However, the Buyer may purchase at the price shown when the Goods were added to the Cart if the Order is paid no later than 60 minutes after the first item was added.

2.6. All prices include value added tax (VAT), at the rate applicable to each product group.

2.7. Product prices exclude delivery. Delivery is charged in addition and depends on the method selected by the Buyer.

3. Conclusion and duration of the Distance Contract

3.1. The Buyer understands that a natural person with legal capacity, including a person aged 18 or over, may order Goods. A Buyer under 18 confirms that their legal representative has been informed and has consented to the Distance Contract and will, if necessary, assume its obligations.
