Kurmīši Maral Root – 100% maral root (leuzea, Rhaponticum carthamoides), 20 g.

Pour 1 glass of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of maral root and heat in a closed enamel or ceramic pot in a water bath for 30 minutes.
Leave to steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
Top up with boiled water to the original volume.
Take 1/4 glass 3 times a day before meals.
Keep the prepared tea in a cool place for no more than 2 days.
After 10 days of drinking the tea, a noticeable improvement in general well-being sets in, sleep and appetite normalize, and capacity for work increases.
