Ingredients: St John’s wort herb, sage leaves, yarrow herb, oregano herb, lemon balm leaves, heather herb, currant leaves, clover herb, raspberry leaves.
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1–2 teaspoons and let steep for 20–30 minutes. Drink within the day.
Store in a dry, cool place.
