Sage leaves, field horsetail herb, meadowsweet flowers, oregano herb, fireweed herb, rose hips, wild raspberry leaves, greater plantain, echinacea, blackcurrant leaves.
Preparation: pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1–2 teaspoons, let it steep for 20–30 minutes. Drink within the day.
Store in a dry, cool place.
