Ingredients: bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), capsule shell (gelatin or hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), magnesium oxide, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) flower extract, peppermint (Mentha piperita) leaf extract, L-glycine, L-tyrosine, L-ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), ginger (Zingiber officinale) root extract, hop (Humulus lupulus) flower extract, valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root extract, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf extract, L-theanine, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, melatonin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, capsule shell colors.
