1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the evening (no more than 2 a day) with a little liquid; do not chew or suck. For adult women during menopause; no longer than 6 months without consulting a doctor.
Do not use: if you are allergic to black cohosh or any other ingredient; in children and teens.
Ask your doctor: if you have had liver problems; if signs of liver damage appear (tiredness, loss of appetite, jaundice, upper abdominal pain, dark urine) – stop using it; if you have vaginal bleeding or new symptoms; if you are being or have been treated for breast cancer or another hormone-dependent tumor; if you take estrogens. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
