Fito preparāti Birch Chaga – 100% powder of chaga, the black birch conk (Inonotus obliquus), for making drinks, 100 g.
- Chaga contains resins, agaric acid, polysaccharides, sterols, triterpenoids and minerals – iron, manganese, calcium, potassium and phosphorus
- Preparation: pour 200 ml of hot (50–60 °C) water over 1 teaspoon of powder and leave to steep for 12 hours
- Directions: 1 glass 3 times a day before meals
