- Relaxation: passionflower and valerian extracts ease nervous tension, support relaxation and healthy sleep
- Falling asleep: melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep – the beneficial effect is obtained with 1 mg taken close to bedtime
- Travel: melatonin contributes to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag – with at least 0.5 mg taken close to bedtime on the first day of travel and on the first few days after arrival
- How to use: adults 5 drops in a little water shortly before bedtime
- Warning: during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and with autoimmune, liver or kidney disease, ask your doctor before use; do not use before driving; contains alcohol (16% vol.)

Ingredients: glycerin (humectant), passionflower herb extract, purified water, valerian root extract, melatonin, potassium sorbate (preservative).
Alc. 16% vol.
Adults: dilute 5 drops (0.14 ml) in a little water and drink shortly before bedtime. During storage, sediment typical of natural products may form; this does not reduce product quality.
Shake before use!
