Ingredients per capsule: maltodextrin, gelatin, chamomile extract 50 mg, valerian extract 50 mg, passionflower extract 50 mg, peppermint extract 5 mg, peppermint essential oil 5 mg, melatonin 1.9 mg, color: calcium carbonate.

Adults: 1 capsule in the evening 30 minutes before bedtime.

Warning: do not use if you are allergic to melatonin. Not recommended during pregnancy; should not be used while breastfeeding.
