Ingredients: L-arginine, cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) extract, Indian barberry (Berberis aristata) extract, bulking agent hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), chromium picolinate.
Adults: 4 capsules a day – 2 capsules 2 times a day before meals, with a glass of water. Do not chew.
