Chaga Forte – chaga (Inonotus obliquus) extract 1:1 for making a solution, 90 ml.
- Per daily dose: 45 ml of diluted extract corresponds to 4.5 g of chaga
- Preparation: dilute 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of extract in 40 ml of warm boiled water
- How to use: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of the diluted extract 3 times a day before meals; for 3–5 months, courses can be repeated after a 7–10-day break
- Warning: contains alcohol (10% vol.); do not use in people under 18, or during pregnancy and breastfeeding

Per daily dose of 3 tablespoons (45 ml) of diluted extract: chaga – 4.5 g.
Shake the chaga extract 1:1 before use and dilute with warm boiled water: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) to 40 ml of water.
How to use: take the diluted CHAGA extract (1 teaspoon (5 ml) to 40 ml of water) 1 tablespoon (15 ml) 3 times a day before meals.
Can be used long-term – 3 to 5 months. If needed, repeat the courses with a 7–10-day interval.
