How to use: pour the contents of 1 sachet into a glass with 100–150 ml of water (not hot) or juice (the order matters – liquid first, then the powder), stir well and drink.
Adults: 1 sachet a day;
children 2–6 years: ¼ sachet a day; 6–12 years: ½ sachet a day, after a meal. Taken in the morning on an empty stomach (before a meal), it may soften the stools.
Note: to keep the product more natural, no flavorings, colors or sweeteners are added. That is why the taste is neutral and sediment and cloudiness are possible. No stabilizers or emulsifiers are added, so the powder may change color or harden. This does not affect the product’s beneficial properties.
You can adjust the taste with sugar or honey, or by adding more water or juice.
Suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Can be used by people with diabetes, vegetarians and vegans. Halal and Kosher certified!
