The concentrates are diluted before use: a 30 ml bottle or a glass of water needs only 2 drops of each chosen Bach flower concentrate. Directions:
- add 2 drops to a glass of water and sip; repeat if needed,
- add 2 drops to a 30 ml bottle of spring water and take 4 drops on the tongue at least 4 times a day,
You can also use Bach flower concentrates like this:
- add 2 drops to a bottle of water and sip.
- add 5 drops to a bath,
- add 2 drops to a face or body cream and massage into the skin,
